Making a Will is one of the most important things you can do for you and your loved ones.

To celebrate Include a Charity Week (4th – 10th September 2023), Safe Steps have teamed up with leading online Will writing service Safewill to give our Australian supporters the opportunity to write their own Will, for free.

Safewill is an Australian company that shares our values to ensure all people have the support needed when escaping domestic and family violence. Their platform makes it easy for the 70% of Australians who don’t have a legally binding Will to create one, through a simple online platform.

You’ll be able to create your own personalised Will online in as little as 20 minutes, and have it reviewed by Safewill’s legal team to ensure it has been filled out correctly. Plus, you can make unlimited updates to your Will for a whole year completely free of charge.

After taking care of your loved ones, we hope you’ll consider including a gift to Safe Steps to create a legacy helping victim/survivors of domestic and family violence.

If you’d like to learn more, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly fundraising team at fundraising@safesteps.org.au or on (03) 9928 9600. You can also speak to your solicitor for advice about whether Safewill is the right choice for you.
