To mark another year of growth, innovation and unwavering commitment to delivering Victoria’s 24/7 family and domestic violence crisis support service, we are pleased to share with you our FY24 Impact Report.

The report highlights our impact in the community through the provision of support and pathways to safety for all Victorians experiencing family or domestic violence.

In FY24, we provided 33,000 nights of crisis accommodation and on any given day managed around 300 calls, Web Chats and emails to support people leaving unsafe situations.

We also successfully piloted the Sanctuary Model of supported crisis accommodation and implemented a comprehensive intersectional approach to child safety, LGBTIQA+ inclusion, and disability support across all our services.
