Service delivery during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak
Last updated: 24/06/2020
Like everyone in our community, Safe Steps is responding to the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
In addition to taking precautions to keep our staff as safe as possible, we are focused on how we can continue to provide essential services to women and children experiencing family violence.
Our 24/7 crisis response phoneline will continue to operate as usual.
We will continue to provide Family Violence risk assessments, safety planning and emergency accommodation which complies with all COVID-19 safety measures.
We will continue to work closely with our service partners and the government to provide the best, safest services we can to those escaping family violence.
